Life in a "band"
Life in a band. A small band,but a band none the less.
Have you ever noticed how the mood were in affects alot of our choices? Apperently you do if you are reading this, or run a blog of your own. If we feel like something we have experienced needs to be let out, then we do it here. Some people express these emotions in song. Say your having a bad day... you might write a song titled "Bad day" (how appropriate. huh??), or say your having a swell day.. you might write something like "you are my sunshine."(no comment).
What if someone littarly stood on your breakfast table and peeed right in your corn flakes!! Try to write a happy song after that one.
My point for this post being. That at times its hard being who we are called to be!! Its not easy to write about God's love when some dinguss is making your day a crappy one. It would be much easier to write a" rip off your face, I hate the world kind of song with lots and lots of naughty words!! Yet still we chose the road less traveled. Not that we are all cheesy and put on fake smiles when life sucks, No we just ask for guidance,patience, and a whole lot of jesus!!
We as a band have devoted our lives to telling the world about God's love and no matter what the enemy throws at us. We will keep doing what we are supposed to do!
